SOUND AS REMEDY

Singing bowls and other sound healing instruments* are played to create purposeful sonic spaces that can promote deep relaxation and help regulate the nervous system. 

We work with principles of entrainment to harness and release the thinking mind, allowing access to more subtle layers of energy and being. Results range from stress and pain relief to deeper levels of healing and transformation.

PRIVATE SESSIONS : A private sound healing treatment is like a personal tuning session where specific challenges and intentions can be addressed.

Himalayan singing bowls are placed on and around the body, ringing out harmonics and sending vibrations through the client’s physical and energetic layers. El Larson intuitively and strategically shapes the sound to ground, clear or activate areas of imbalance that may be revealed. Other modalities and instruments are incorporated as needed.

The result is typically a deep sense of relaxation and stress release that can last for several days. From there, benefits vary widely including physical pain relief, improved sleep, body system regulation and access to hidden aspects of self [child, adolescent, shadow, etc] that may be ready for healing.

GROUP SESSIONS [sound baths] : Our sound baths are centered around the subtle interactions of sound, space and self. The fundamental intention is to provide a safe, grounded environment for guests to access the level of healing appropriate at that time.

Singing bowls are blended with other instruments including tuning forks, percussion, and modular synth/ drones for participants to relax into a meditative state.
